1. Use shielded cables

Shielded cables are an effective measure to prevent electromagnetic interference. In the elevator motor cables driven by frequency converters, shielded cables must be used. The conductivity of the shielding layer should be at least 1/10 of the conductivity of each phase core, and it should be reliably grounded. The shielding layer can serve as an isolation layer to reflect noise energy, or it can absorb the noise and transmit it to the ground, becoming the return path for the noise signal.

Second, correct grounding

Grounding is another important means to eliminate electromagnetic interference. Ensure that all equipment in the elevator control cabinet is properly grounded and connect the power input grounding point PE or the grounding busbar with a thick grounding wire. It is particularly important that any electrical control equipment connected to the frequency converter must be grounded together. When grounded together, short wires and thick wires should also be used. This can allow the interfering current to flow into the ground through the grounding wire, reducing the impact on the equipment.

Iii. Use filters

Filters can suppress electromagnetic conducted interference. The filters used in the said power supply include power supply filters, magnetic rings and magnetic beads. The filters used on signal lines include signal filters, magnetic rings and beads, capacitors, filter connectors, etc. The filters used on printed circuit boards include decoupling capacitors, surface mount filters and magnetic beads. Filters can prevent interference currents from entering other devices or circuits and causing interference.

Four. Reasonable wiring

The motor cable should be laid independently of other cables to avoid long-distance parallel laying between the motor cable and other cables, so as to reduce the electromagnetic interference caused by the rapid change of the output voltage of the frequency converter. When control cables and power cables intersect, they should be crossed at a 90° Angle as much as possible. The shielding layers of motor cables and control cables must be fixed on the installation plate with appropriate wire clamps.

V. Regular maintenance and inspection

Regular maintenance and inspection of computer cables are also important means to reduce electromagnetic interference. Cables should be cleaned regularly, the connection status of the cables and the connection of the ground wire should be checked, and aged or damaged cables should be replaced in a timely manner. Electromagnetic interference is inevitable when using a computer. However, as long as the above measures are taken, the occurrence of electromagnetic interference problems can be effectively reduced. In addition to the above points, users should also pay attention to the following points when using a computer:

Try to avoid using a computer in an environment with severe electromagnetic interference, such as near high-voltage cables, radar equipment and radio stations.

When using a computer, pay attention to the arrangement of the cables and try to avoid winding them around the table legs or placing heavy objects on the cables.

When using a computer, high-quality power cords and sockets should be selected to avoid problems such as aging power cords or loose sockets.

When using a computer, unnecessary devices should be turned off in time to reduce electromagnetic interference problems.

5. When using a computer, ensure good ventilation to avoid stability issues caused by overheating.

The above methods can effectively solve the electromagnetic interference problem of computer cables. However, in practical applications, it is necessary to select appropriate methods and technologies based on specific equipment and environments.
